There was a FB post, please for help from the mother of 3 kids, after 1 child was bitten by the dog.
This situation requires urgent rabies shots. After sharing the information, there were Australian gentlemen who took the financial risk and agreed to help, pay for the medicine.
On Friday, the mother traveled to the local remote province clinic in Mindanao, so the child can receive the first shot.
The girl was very braved, not cry, but did ask for ice cream π

Kindness is free, but the results are priceless. Changing the life of one person may not change the whole world, but for sure it will change the World of that one person.
Helping a child we are helping to change the lives of many future generations.
Family gardens are relatively small plots, but helps families to sustain basic food needs. The variety component is critical, as the gardens supply important foods and nutrients for families. In addition to foods, gardens can provide spices, medicine, fodder, fuel, and income.
The gardening methods taught by our volunteers focus on using less water, which is critical as many rural villages do not have access to water needed for a typical garden. The gardens take less space but still provide year-round abundance for both the table and the market. Having the ability to feed yourself and your family is the beginning of true self-reliance.
When families are healthy and self-reliant, they are more productive in many ways. Children miss fewer school days and learn better in their classes. Adults can work longer and harder, impacting their income. Infants are less prone to dying from malnutrition. Success leads to more success as additional income is used to complete community development projects. Itβs crazy to think about how some leafy greens in a garden can end poverty, but they do.
We provide skills training, packets of seeds and supply, needed to grow the veggies chosen by the family.

Many of you may not aware of that in our days, in the Philippines π΅π, there are still Tribal Villages fighting for survival and even for their lives.
On Mindanao live 18 tribal Filipino groups. The most well known are the T’boli and the B’laan (or “Bla-an”). The other groups are the Ata,Bagobo, Banwaon, Bukidnon, Dibabawon,Higaunon, Kalagan, Mamanwa, Mandaya, Mangguwangan, Manobo, Mansaka, Subanen, Tagakaolo, Teduray and the Ubo.
Teduray is scattered in different provinces in Mindanao like Agusan, Bukidnon, Davao, Lanao and in the cities of Davao, Zamboanga, and Manila, Cotabato Province is the main place of origin of the Teduray and Lambangian peoples with the estimated population 350, 925.
During the escalation of arm conflict in Mindanao, many farmer tribe families got displaced. People are left with nothing, in desperate need of food and clothing.
Kids in need of basic school supplies and materials (set cost is $7 )
A local brave group of volunteers is doing what possible to assist in this emergency distress, with priority given to the childrens well being, safety and education.
Group is planning activity for the children, students aged 5-15 years of age.
They will be going to the area and will distribute food packs to approximately 150 children.

Children’s Day is a commemorative date celebrated annually in honor of children, whose date of observance varies by country.
In 1925, International Children’s Day was first proclaimed in Geneva during the World Conference on Child Welfare. Since then, it is celebrated on June 1 in most countries. Children’s Day is celebrated by the UN on November 20.
Best wishes to all the children of the World. There is NO child should be hungry or sleeping in the streets. It is our human obligation to prevent this and unite for sake of poverty kids.

At the time of living in the demolished community, the student was not able to complete her 3rd grade, due to lack of food, uniform, school supply, etc.
With the assistance of the “831 Angels” group, now the child is attending school, received high grades, and multiple awards.
